I was born in Sri Lanka, where my early life was shaped by a gentle, spiritual upbringing rooted in Buddhist philosophy. From as far back as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to understanding people — why we feel what we feel, why we carry certain patterns, and how we can move through life with more clarity and compassion. Helping others has always felt less like a choice and more like a natural part of who I am.

When I immigrated to Australia at a young age, I stepped into a completely new world. I built a strong corporate career and achieved success in ways I’m grateful for — but something deeper was always calling me. Even while navigating the corporate world, I found myself studying human behavior, observing emotional patterns, and quietly supporting the people around me through their challenges.
My own life experiences — the highs, the struggles, the spiritual awakenings — shaped me into someone more intuitive, grounded, and connected to my purpose. Each challenge became a teacher. Each moment of clarity brought me closer to understanding why I’m here: to help others heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

Soul2Mind was born from that calling.

Today, my work blends Natural Energy Healing and holistic guidence to support people who are seeking more than surface‑level change. I believe deeply in the power of healing from within — in the way emotional alignment, energetic balance, and inner clarity can transform a person’s life.
 

My mission is simple:
to create a safe, grounded, intuitive space where people can release what weighs them down and return to who they truly are.
 

Every person who walks into a session brings their own story, their own pain, their own hopes. It’s an honor to hold space for that. And it’s my purpose to help them find peace, balance, and a deeper sense of fulfilment — one aligned step at a time.
